J’ai vite déchanté. la réservation ne peut se faire qu’en ligne, au moment de la réservation du vol ou de l’enregistrement, à condition que l’option soit proposée. Or elle ne m’a jamais été proposée !! C’est de la publicité mensongère pour faire passer la pilule d’une augmentation de 20% de la carte amex !!

Bonjour SAMZ. J’ai obtenu des précisions :
– les 20% ne s’appliquent que sur les vols mais pas sur les suppléments de carburant.
– pour les décimales, Flying Blue arrondie à l’unité supérieure. Très bonne nouvelle ! Par exemple, pour un vol long qui rapporte 12 XP, le bonus est de 3 XP (20% de 12 = 2,4, arrondi à l’unité supérieure)
